I had a disappointing stay due to serious security issues at the hotel. While the room itself was spacious and clean, the lack of proper safety measures was alarming. Service was lacking, especially when it came to handling the theft incident. The beach bar had good vibes, but the overall experience felt unsafe and underwhelming.
